I absolutely loved Prague (way more than I expected to). The friendly people, unique areas, the history, beautiful blue skies and the delicious food made for an amazing weekend.

Prague has an intriguing combination of Gothic, Renaissance, and Modern style. Some of the most well-known sights include the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and the John Lennon wall. Prague was greatly affected during WW2 making the famous John Lennon wall a place for free expression and peace movements. After the 1990s, Prague began building high-rise buildings and was influenced by modern architecture.

Gothic architecture of the Church of Our Lady before Tyn, built in 1365, compared to the Modern artchitecture of the Dancing House, built in 1996.

Sunset rooftop drinks at T-Ancher is a must see with an incredible view. While in Prague we were told we must try "hot mulled wine" which is basically steamed wine with spices and fruits. Absolutely my new favorite drink, it was the perfect ending to a chilly day in Prague.

Prague must tries:

Trdelnik - pastry dessert rolled in cinnamon sugar, topped with Nutella & ice cream

Pilsner Beer - famous Czech beer

Cafe Savoy - amazing breakfast with endless tea options

Meat & Greet - incredible burgers

Las Adelitas - Mexican

*I also heard great things about "The Farm" but never got to try for myself*
